Choose the UK one MDC and one LDC and compare their trade profile in the following criteria:

1. Rank in mercandise exports and commercial services
2. Trade to GDP ratio
3. Share of total world exports and imports merchandise
4. For each country record the breakdown of exports and imports of merchandise by
1. commodity group
2. main destinations
5. Finally give the share of total world exports and imports of commericial services

Compare the UK's trade profile with the following profile taken in 2004


trade profiles 2010 (ernst and young)

Alternatively do a short presentation on one of the following:

• IMF
• EU
• WTO
• World Bank
